  4. Build a library of known voices and names, so they can be referenced automatically in future meetings.

    Rather than having to assign names to attendees for each instance of a meeting, enable the labelling of voices to persist across meeting summaries. Krisp.AI does this and I find it very useful when capturing online meetings in Teams.

    Dear Plaud AI Team, First of all, I’d like to thank you for the great work you’re doing with Plaud AI. The app is an incredibly useful tool for managing and structuring meeting insights. I’d love to suggest an improvement that would make it even more powerful: adding a dedicated β€œTo-Do List” tab where users can centralize all their assigned tasks. Ideally, this feature would allow users to: β€’ Manually add tasks that arise during meetings. β€’ Automatically collect action points extracted from different meeting summaries. β€’ Have a consolidated view of all ongoing and upcoming tasks across various topics and reports. Currently, action points are embedded within each meeting summary, making it difficult to track them across multiple meetings. A unified task management view would greatly enhance productivity by providing a clear, structured overview of all responsibilities. I believe this feature would add significant value to users who rely on Plaud AI for efficient meeting follow-ups. I’d love to hear your thoughts on this! Best regards,

  6. Unused minutes from one month to another

    Unused minutes from one month should be transfered to another month. Next month those minutes should be used at first. thank you :)

  7. Allow us to delete the audio but keep the transcription and summary.

    The audio files take up much more space than the transcripts or summaries. If an audio file has already been transcribed, we should be able to delete it, but keep the transcript. This would save a lot of space.

    i’m sure the technical community would love this! Being able to pipe in automatically into the model of my choice as well as further into Slack or really anywhere after that once those integrations are built.

    Allow someone who is paying premium chatgpt cost to link their tokens or somwthing so they can get more transcriptions. I would be willing to pay a reasonable inbetween cost but I already pay for a LLM u use

  11. β€œStop Recording” reminder

    For those of us who sometimes forget to stop recording, it would be useful to get a notification if the end of a meeting or conversation is detected. This could be detected using large gaps, vocal characteristic changes (indicating different participants) or sufficiently varied topic changes (for unlimited subscribers).

  14. Personal Assitant

    I think everyone would benefit a new section on the app of a global to do list. So every "task" gets selected and placed in a new tab. From there you can set the level of importance. From that maybe set reminders for certain tasks ie. call "john" on monday. And also for the highest importance it creates a persistant notification like how apple has. Making it so the task is always on your lock screen and notifications tab. I think features like this would lend themselves to making plaud a great PA. I know it would make my life so much easier. PS. I have jerry rigged this through GPT api's and some code I have written however I much prefer staying native with things like this to support the creators.

  15. Miss NOTHING, record ALL THE TIME, bookmark as needed, and transcribe only what you need

    I sometimes don't know something will be important, and by the time i remember it's important time has passed... so what if it recorded all the time, and when i know i forgot to record something important, it can be recalled either with scroll of time or with bookmark pushed option, and only selected voice needs to be ai transcribed and all that. please make this work!!
