A desktop app that can record online meetings (such as Zoom/MS Teams/Google Meet) or audio and video played on the computer.

I would love to be able to connect my personal ChatGPT Plus account to Plaud so that my notes and information sync to both.

Dear Plaud AI Team, First of all, I’d like to thank you for the great work you’re doing with Plaud AI. The app is an incredibly useful tool for managing and structuring meeting insights. I’d love to suggest an improvement that would make it even more powerful: adding a dedicated “To-Do List” tab where users can centralize all their assigned tasks. Ideally, this feature would allow users to: • Manually add tasks that arise during meetings. • Automatically collect action points extracted from different meeting summaries. • Have a consolidated view of all ongoing and upcoming tasks across various topics and reports. Currently, action points are embedded within each meeting summary, making it difficult to track them across multiple meetings. A unified task management view would greatly enhance productivity by providing a clear, structured overview of all responsibilities. I believe this feature would add significant value to users who rely on Plaud AI for efficient meeting follow-ups. I’d love to hear your thoughts on this! Best regards,

Rather than having to assign names to attendees for each instance of a meeting, enable the labelling of voices to persist across meeting summaries. Krisp.AI does this and I find it very useful when capturing online meetings in Teams.

This will help filter the exact dates and focus on recordings conducted only on that day

It would be highly beneficial to introduce a “Meeting Series” feature, where related meetings are grouped into an intelligent folder or series. This would allow AI to create cohesive notes that build upon previous discussions within the series. For instance, in a recurring weekly meeting, each session often revisits or expands on topics from prior meetings while introducing new information. With this feature, users could categorize recordings into a specific series, enabling the AI to generate summaries that connect key points across all sessions. This would streamline the review process and ensure continuity, making it especially useful for teams that rely on weekly or recurring meetings to track ongoing projects or discussions.

Storage of the hardware PLAUD is 64Gb, where we need more space i like to upload the files from the hardware/cloud of PLAUD to my personal iCloud(iPhone) or OneDrive(Windows). More space, more controle over my personal files.

I am a college student and there are many times in class when we do a group activity in the middle of lecture then we go back to lecture and it would be nice to be able to pause so activities like that wouldn't be recorded, then you could resume after. This could maybe be done by a single press of the button, then there could be a short vibration, like half the start recording vibration, then when you push to resume, you could get a double quick vibration to let you know it's resumed, these actions would only work during recording, but it would be very nice.

Unused minutes from one month should be transfered to another month. Next month those minutes should be used at first. thank you :)

I sometimes don't know something will be important, and by the time i remember it's important time has passed... so what if it recorded all the time, and when i know i forgot to record something important, it can be recalled either with scroll of time or with bookmark pushed option, and only selected voice needs to be ai transcribed and all that. please make this work!! I think you should be able to implement the ability to train Plaud to at least recognize your voice. Similar to how you can train Google Assistant.

I believe it would greatly enhance the organization and usability of the ‘Files’ section in the Plaud Note app if users could create subfolders within specific folders. For example, in my ‘Telemarketing’ folder, I’d like to organize my content further by adding alphabetically ordered subfolders. This would make it much easier to find and manage content in a structured way. Additionally, it would be extremely useful to have the ability to reorder folders. Currently, once a folder is created, it’s fixed in place, and there’s no option to move it up or down. Having the flexibility to adjust the order of folders would improve navigation and efficiency, allowing users to customize the interface to suit their workflow. These improvements would benefit all users who handle large volumes of files and need better organization and navigation features in their work.
