  4. Build a library of known voices and names, so they can be referenced automatically in future meetings.

    Rather than having to assign names to attendees for each instance of a meeting, enable the labelling of voices to persist across meeting summaries. Krisp.AI does this and I find it very useful when capturing online meetings in Teams.

  6. Add subfolders and reorder folders in the โ€˜Filesโ€™ section

    I believe it would greatly enhance the organization and usability of the โ€˜Filesโ€™ section in the Plaud Note app if users could create subfolders within specific folders. For example, in my โ€˜Telemarketingโ€™ folder, Iโ€™d like to organize my content further by adding alphabetically ordered subfolders. This would make it much easier to find and manage content in a structured way. Additionally, it would be extremely useful to have the ability to reorder folders. Currently, once a folder is created, itโ€™s fixed in place, and thereโ€™s no option to move it up or down. Having the flexibility to adjust the order of folders would improve navigation and efficiency, allowing users to customize the interface to suit their workflow. These improvements would benefit all users who handle large volumes of files and need better organization and navigation features in their work.

    iโ€™m sure the technical community would love this! Being able to pipe in automatically into the model of my choice as well as further into Slack or really anywhere after that once those integrations are built.

  10. Allow us to delete the audio but keep the transcription and summary.

    The audio files take up much more space than the transcripts or summaries. If an audio file has already been transcribed, we should be able to delete it, but keep the transcript. This would save a lot of space.

    Dear Plaud AI Team, First of all, Iโ€™d like to thank you for the great work youโ€™re doing with Plaud AI. The app is an incredibly useful tool for managing and structuring meeting insights. Iโ€™d love to suggest an improvement that would make it even more powerful: adding a dedicated โ€œTo-Do Listโ€ tab where users can centralize all their assigned tasks. Ideally, this feature would allow users to: โ€ข Manually add tasks that arise during meetings. โ€ข Automatically collect action points extracted from different meeting summaries. โ€ข Have a consolidated view of all ongoing and upcoming tasks across various topics and reports. Currently, action points are embedded within each meeting summary, making it difficult to track them across multiple meetings. A unified task management view would greatly enhance productivity by providing a clear, structured overview of all responsibilities. I believe this feature would add significant value to users who rely on Plaud AI for efficient meeting follow-ups. Iโ€™d love to hear your thoughts on this! Best regards,

  15. Add Tags To Recording File for Categorization

    Ability to create custom tags and apply to recording files for categorizing my recordings with multiple topics then ability to filter to union of selected tags. Currently I put into folders, however I can only categorize into one topic using folders. I have many discussions that cover a range of topics. Many of which are interleaved into the conversation which precludes just splitting the recording. So for example, would want to tag with "Travel" tag, a "Fitness", and a "Friends" tag for a conversation I have with my friends where we talk about trading a trip, but then talk about a gym we may want to join.
